7 to 9 pound beef brisket
BBQ sauce
1 large onion
Salt
pepper
3 Tbsp flour
Aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper and flour the brisket and bake, uncovered, in a 325-degree oven for 1 hour. After the brisket has baked for that hour, slice the onion on top and spread with a thin layer of bbq sauce. Cover well with aluminum foil and bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
