1 cup catsup
2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
3-4 dashes Tobacco sauce
1 cup water
cup vinegar
2 Tbls brown sugar (or a little more)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 med. onion diced
2-3 cloves garlic mashed

Ribs: 6-8 western style ribs

Chicken: 6-8 pieces chicken

Simmer above ingredients for about hour.

For Ribs:
6-8 western style ribs
Boil ribs about hour in water and drain. Spice with Lawrys salt and arrange in an oven safe dish. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs and bake at 350 about 1 hour.

For Chicken:
6-8 pieces chicken
Put chicken in oven safe dish. Sprinkle lemon pepper and salt on chicken and bake for 45 minutes. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and bake at 350 another 45 min 1 hour.
