1/2 pound butter
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 package dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Cool and add 3 tablespoons sugar, salt and eggs. Dissolve yeast in water and add. Stir in flour until well blended. Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours.

Divide dough in half. Sprinkle the board with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll the dough on top of the mixture into a circle 1/4 inch thick. If desired, sprinkle with fruits or nuts. Cut into 24 triangles, roll up from wide side to the point. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
