1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 egg whites
1 pkg. (4 oz.) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
c. cold water
3 c. whipped topping
fresh raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake mix as directed on package using water, oil and egg whites. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake 28-33 minutes at 350, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Pierce cake all over with fork. Stir gelatin and boiling water in a small bowl until smooth; stir in cold water. Pour over cake. Run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Refrigerate 2 hours. Frost with whipped topping and garnish with raspberries. Store covered in refrigerator.
