Ingredients:  
2 16oz can tomatoes (drained)
4 small cans green chili (diced)
1 c. onion (chopped)
2 lbs Old English cheese
4 cloves garlic (pressed)
2/3 c. cream or can milk
4 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil until soft. Add tomatoes, garlic, salt, chili, cheese, and milk. On low cook until cheese is melted.

You can substitute 3 cans of Rotel for the tomatoes and green chili. Serve with chips or cut up veggies
