boned and skinned chicken breasts
eggs
parmesan cheese
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal portions of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in eggs and then the breading mixture (melted butter is an alternative to dip the chicken in). Place chicken in a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake 20 minutes more. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and heat a few more minutes until sauce is bubbly. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve when melted. (Cook about 15 minutes on each side if using smaller chicken tenders)
