4 oz Flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 pt milk
1 oz vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sieve flour & salt into basin, make a well in the center, add the egg and half the milk, whisk until smooth and then add the remainder of the milk. In a muffin pan coat the bottom of each muffin cup with oil, put the tray in a hot oven (400F) for a few minutes. Remove pan and half fill each muffin cup with batter, put back in oven for 15 minutes, they should rise & be golden brown.
