1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 T. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
4 c. corn kernels (2 large ears of corn)
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Grease or line 12 muffin cups. Stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Stir just until moisten dry ingredients. Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and serve hot.
