1/2 cup butter 1 package yellow cake mix 1/2 cup sour cream 1 can (20 oz.) apples 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Cut butter into cake mix. Press in a 13x9 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Arrange apples on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on apples. Stir together sour cream and egg. Drizzle over apples. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350º.
