16 oz powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter (soften but not melted)
3 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat all ingredients until very smooth, adding more milk if necessary to make the icing the right consistency. Note - Using same recipe can change flavor by substituting lemon, almond, mint, or other flavor for vanilla. To make chocolate flavor add cocoa powder to powder sugar before mixing with other ingredients.
