4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and sugar. Cut in shortening. Whisk egg, vinegar and water. Add egg mixture to flour and blend. Refrigerate before rolling out dough. Makes 4 pie crusts.
