2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup apricot nectar
3 teaspoons lemon extract
4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup apricot nectar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. In a large bowl Mix oil, cake mix, nectar, egg yokes, and lemon extract. Slowly add cake mix. Beat 5 minutes. Fold in stiff egg whites. Cook in an ungreased angel food cake pan. Cook for 50 minutes at 325 (needs to cook the whole time). While cake is cooking, mix glaze with powdered sugar, lemon juice and apricot nectar. While hot punch holes into the top of the cake and pour glaze over the top. Leave cake in pan until completely cool. At least three hours.
