1 lb ground beef
1 lg onion, chopped
salt and pepper
c uncooked regular rice
2 c water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 c chow mien noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions. Add salt and pepper. Mix soups, water, and soy sauce in an oven safe casserole dish (with lid) until smooth. Add rice and cooked hamburger. Cover and cook in oven for 55 minutes at 325. Remove lid stir and add chow mien noodles. Cook without lid for another 20 minutes.
