1 - 15 oz can Black Beans 1-2 avocados chopped 1 large tomato 1/8 tsp. Cumin 1/2 C chopped green onions 1/4 tsp salt 1 jalapeno, minced (optional) 1 lime for juice 2 large cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp. olive oil freshly grated black pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with corn chips.
