1 lb chicken breasts cubed into nugget sized pieces
1/3 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 c water
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in a deep fryer or dutch oven to 360. Mix flour and salt. Mix vinegar and baking soda. Stir vinegar mixture and water into flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Dip chicken into batter. Allowing extra to drip into bowl. Fry chicken in hot oil 4 to 5 pieces at a time, turning once until golden and cooked through, about four minutes. Makes about 4 servings.
