2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1/ 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
15 oz can fruit cocktail and it's juice
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/3 c coconut (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the two eggs in a large bowl. add all other ingredients. Mix well. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
