3 eggs white
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp almond flavor- optional
1 - 14 oz. bag coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients but coconut, mix until frothy. Mix in coconut and mix well. bake on parchment paper on cookie sheet. 325 for 20 minutes. Can add mini chocolate chips, mint chips, slivered almonds, etc.
