6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 head romaine lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3 T sesame seeds
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained

1/2 cup salad oil
6 T rice or white vinegar
4 T sugar
2 T sesame oil
2 t salt
2 t pepper

Season chicken with garlic, salt, onion salt and pepper. Boil or poach chicken and shred into small pieces (or marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce, grill and cube). Slice both lettuces into thin strips. Toast almonds and sesame seeds until golden. Mix all salad ingredients together and toss with desired amount of prepared dressing. Serve well chilled.
