1 1/2 C Mashed Potatoes 2 well beaten eggs 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg Little grated onion
Add potatoes beaten eggs salt and baking powder. Reseason adding nutmeg and grated onion. When nearly ready to serve drop by spoonfuls in deep hot fat. 390º unti golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Keep hot in oven. Good with fish.
