2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients by hand and add nuts and coconut.
Fold in to batter. Place in a greased, but not floured cake pan - either 13/9 or 2 8 inch tins. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
When cooled, frost with 1 pkg. inst. vanilla pudding and 1 cup milk mixed well.
4 oz cream cheese softened.
Decorate with maraschino cherries and walnuts, Keep refrigerated until serving.
