1 pkg of yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup veg. oil
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 c chocolate chips optional
1/2 c chopped walnuts optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together for 2 minutes. Bake for 35-40 mins. Put in a tube or bundt pan or reg cake pan. Usually bundt pans cook around 50 minutes. After cake is cooled, frost with 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding and 8 oz cool whip mixed together
