8 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup of celery, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. Accent
1 c. Velveeta, cubed
4 t. lemon juice
1 T. chopped onion
1 T. pimento
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and cut up. Add rest of ingredients, Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

I mixed everything the day before. I topped with potato chips about an hour before serving, then baked.
