1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 box long-grain wild rice mixture, regular or instant

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Saute the bell pepper and onion in the butter. mix all ingredients together in a well greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
