4 lbs. country-style spareribs
1 c. water
1 c. catsup
2 med onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs in frying pan; drain. place ribs in 9x13 baking dish, then combine remaining ingredients: pour over ribs. Bake for half hour on 400 then turn oven down to 275 for 3 more hours basting occasionally with sauce. (this can also be done in a crockpot)
