5 to 6 chicken breasts or 3 lbs.
2 lbs broccoli, cut up
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 small cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (sharp)
Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in water, drain and bone. pull apart into large pieces. Cook broccoli until tender about 7 minutes. Arrange broccoli in 9x13 baking dish. Add celery and onion and place chicken on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise and cheese and cook until smooth. Pour over chicken and broccoli and sprinkle bread crumbs and almonds on top. (you can add more grated cheese before the bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
