1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine, melted
1 egg

1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 8oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg together and place in a baking dish. Mix the powdered sugar, 2 eggs, and cream cheese. Spread on top of first mixture. Bake in a moderate over until a toothpick comes out clean.

This is Aunt Emma Monts' recipe. These never had a name until Joe came into the family. Aunt Emma started calling them Joe's because he liked them so much.
