2 lb. cooked shrimp
Juice of 2 limes
2 sweet onions, thinly sliced
2 jars marinated artichokes cut into bite size pieces (include oil)
1/2 c. olive oil
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
15 drops Tabasco (or to taste)
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed

Directions:
Directions:
Pour lime juice over shrimp and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add to shrimp. Marinate at least 48 hours before serving.
