1/4tsp. salt
1/2tsp. vanilla
1 lb. cottage cheese
1c. sugar
1 lemon
1c. heavy cream
1/4c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grate lemon rind and remove the juice. Beat the eggs. Add the lemon rind and juice with remaining ingredients with the beaten eggs.
