2 pounds whole red potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup sliced scallions
1/2 cup sour cream
4 slices bacon
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:




Fry the bacon until crisp, drain chop and set aside for now. Cook cut up red potatoes (leave skin on) boil until tender. Drain off the water and mash with a potato masher. Add the remainder of the ingredients and serve while hot. You can top with grated cheddar cheese and pop in the oven till cheese melts and starts to brown.
