Soft butter
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Garlic
White mushroom caps
2 beaten eggs
seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix (butter, parsley and garlic) and fill mushroom caps. Place 2 mushrooms together and hold with a toothpick. Dip into beaten eggs, then seasoned bread crumbs ( do this twice) and ref. for 1 hour. Deep fry until brown.
