1 lb ground beef
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 c cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c grated cheese
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 c bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1-2 c mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 c soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings. Press firmly into 9 in. pie pan. Bake 350 for 25 mins. Spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes and top with remaining soup. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10 mins.
