2 package soft taco shells 1 ½ can black olives chopped 2 package cream cheese-softened 1 bag Shredded colby jack cheese 1 package dry ranch dressing mix 1 cup jalapenos diced (optional)
Mix softened cream cheese and ranch mix. Spread over taco shells clear to edges. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Roll up. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1/4 inch pieces and serve with favorite dipping sauce-salsa, Mexican dip, cucumber dip, etc.
