1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. soft butter
2/3 c. sour milk (2/3 c. milk with 1 tbsp. lemon juice)
1 1/4 c. bananas ( about 3 bananas)
3 eggs

Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 350 in a 9x13 pan
for 45 minutes, layer cake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
