2c. ground ham
1/2c. dry bread crumbs
1/2c. milk
1 egg
1/4tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8tsp. pepper
3tbsp. brown sugar
3/4tbsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and combine ham, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper and milk. Mix well; put into a loaf pan. Combine sugar, mustard and vinegar. Spread over meat and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
