1 can salmon
2tbsp. minced onion
4tbsp. butter
4tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2tsp. salt
1/2tsp. pepper
1 can evaporated milk
2c. cooked noodles
1c. cooked corn or peas

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon; measure salmon and liquid and add water to measure 3/4 cup. Cook onion with butter until tender. Remove from heat; blend in flour. Add horseradish, salt and pepper. Gradually add the milk and stir until combined. Add salmon and salmon liquid. Cook over low heat until thickened; stirring occasionally. Alternate layers of noodles, fish and peas or corn in a greased casserole dish. Pour sauce over mixture. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
