4 quarts chokecherries
5 quarts hot water
3 1/4 pound sugar
1 package yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Using a plastic pail pour the chokecherries in. Then add the hot water over top of the chokecherries. Let sit for five days; stirring everyday with a wooden or plastic spoon. After five days strain out the chokecherries; return juice into plastic pail. Add the sugar and the yeast dissolved with the water. Set aside for five days. Stir mixture every day with wooden or plastic spoon. Then strain and store into bottles with lid loosely turned onto the bottle.
