2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1tbsp vanilla
2 beaten eggs
2 c milk
1/2 c butter (1stick)
2 c flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
Next milk and coconut. Pour in greased 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
