1 onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Thai green curry paste
1 cup coconut milk or cream (whatever is in the store)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chicken stock
cooked chicken, shredded
rice

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onion and crush the garlic. Saute in a pan. Add the Thai green curry paste, coconut milk (or coconut cream), yogurt, chicken stock, and chicken.Heat all the way through. Serve on Rice. Note - Sauce most likely will be runny. Will need to thicken with corn starch. Can also reserve sauce to put in with steamed veggies.
