3 egg whites
2 cups pecans
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till foamy. Add pecans to foam and mix well. Spread pecans on greased cookie sheet. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and pour on top of pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool on wax paper.
