1/2 c. Shortening 2 c. sugar 2 beaten eggs 5 mashed bananas 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans
In bowl cream shortening and sugar add eggs and bananas. Sift dry ingred. together add slowly to mixture while mixing on med. last add pecans. Mix well put in loaf pan any size bake at 350º for about 45 min.
