1 Rump Roast
1 container Italian seasoning (2-6 oz.)
1 envelope onion soup (optional)
Hoagie buns

Directions:
Directions:
take rump roast cut slits in it and place in crock pot pour seasoning over roast and envelope of onion soup. Add enough water to cover roast. Cook on high at least 3 hours turn to med. or low. till ready to eat. Longer it cooks the better. stir occasionally you want roast to fall apart like shredded bbq beef.

Serve on hoagie buns, can add cheese or what ever you want. Even better heated up the next day.
