Pre-Heat oven to 350º in pot brown hamburger drain grease add sauces let simmer. In separate bowl mix together ricotta and cottage cheese. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam. use a ladle put some sauce on bottom just enough to cover the bottom, add layer of uncooked noodles than sauce, and than cheese mixture than noodles again and repeat till pan is full remember to end up with a layer of noodles and sauce on top. cover with foil tightly. bake for about 1 1/2 hrs. or until noodles are tender. remove foil cover with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses place back in oven till cheese is melted. Let set about 15 min. and serve.
