1 lb. long horn cheese
1 c. onion chopped
2 tbsp. bacon grease
1 sm. can diced tomatoes
3 fresh jalapeņo (deseed and chopped in small pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
fry onion in bacon grease until soft, drain. Add tomatoes, jalapeņo peppers bring to a boil. cook for about 7 min. cut up cheese add to pan cook another 2-3 min.
