2 lb hamburger 1 lg onion diced 1 family size frozen mixed vegetables/ with lima beans 1 bag carrots cut in bite size or use baby carrots cut in half 6-8 potatoes cut in bite size pieces 1 med head of cabbage chopped 1 can diced stewed tomatoes with juices 8-10 beef boullion cubes Water to cover all
Cook hamburger leaving in juices from meat add rest of ingredients. Add more boullion if needed. Can add any kind of vegetable you wish. I start out with a 5 qt dutch oven and end up with a small canning pot to cook this in. It does freeze well.
