1 orange rind and pulp
1/4 seedless raisins
1 lb can whole cranberry sauce drained
5 T margarine melted
1/2 C sugar
1 pkg Gingerbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Grind orange n food chopper. Mix with raisins and drained cranberry sauce. Pour melted butter into 8 in cake pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover with carnberry mixutre. Top with gingerbread mix made according to box directions. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with whipped Cream
Makes 9 delicious servings.
