3 C flour
2 C sugar
3 C chopped apples
2 eggs
1 1/2 C wesson oil
2 T vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil add sugar, beat in eggs, add sifted ingredients, beat well, add vanilla, add chopped apples and beat with spoon. Pour into lightly oiled pan. Bake 1 hour. Sprinkle with sugar enough to glaze
