3 T catsup
2 T worchestershire sauce
2 T water
2 T liquid smoke
2 T brown sugar (or more)
1 tsp salt per chicken
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp red pepper
juice of 2 lemons or 4 T real lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 250. Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour over chicken is baking dish. Bake at least 3 hours. Can cover with foil.
