1c. wheat
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
2tbsp. lemon juice
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the wheat and then cool it. Mix together the cream cheese, drained pineapple, lemon juice and pudding. Add wheat and mix well. Add the cool whip just before serving and stir well.
