1 1/2c. pure pumpkin
1/2c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4tsp. salt
1/2c. milk
1tsp. ginger
1tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the pumpkin in a bowl with the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well. Then add the spices and the milk and pour into a prepared pie crust.
