Bolillos (the special Mexican bun)
Bacon-wrapped beef hotdogs (fried in a pan)
Pinto beans
Chopped Onions
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped jalapeņos, or other pepper
Shredded cheese
Mayonnaise, thinned with a bit of lemon juice
Hot Sauce to top (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry up the hotdogs, put a glop of beans in the bottom of the bun, add the dog, top with the rest!
